Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Poetry by Brandon. We hope you are delighted with your purchase(s)! However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase(s), we're here to help.

 

1. Returns

 

You have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This means the book must have:

  • The original packaging intact with the sticker seal unbroken.

  • No signs of wear, bending, or damage.

  • Any protective packaging (if applicable) must be included.

Your item must also have the original receipt or proof of purchase.

 

2. Refunds (If Applicable)

 

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

Please Note: We only offer refunds for books that are returned in new and resalable condition or for books that were damaged during shipping (see Section 4).

 

3. Shipping Costs for Returns

 

  • For Buyer's Remorse or Change of Mind: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • For Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to an error on our part (you received the wrong book or the book arrived damaged), we will cover the return shipping costs.

 

4. Damaged or Defective Items

 

If you receive a book that is damaged in shipping or is defective (e.g., missing pages, printing errors), please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include the following in the contact form:

  1. Your order number.

  2. A clear description of the damage or defect.

  3. Photographs clearly showing the damage to the book and, if applicable, the shipping box.

Upon review, we will offer you the choice of a full refund or a replacement copy (subject to availability) at no additional shipping cost to you.
