• All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

• Please note that processing time may be extended during peak seasons, sales events, or immediately following new book launches.

 

2. Domestic Shipping (Within U.S.)

 

We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

• USPS Priority Mail (Calculated at Checkout)

• We currently do not offer international shipping.

5. Local Pickup

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

 

• Damage: If you receive your book damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy and contact us immediately with photos of the damage.

• Loss/Theft: Poetry by Brandon is not liable for any products lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier's tracking system. If your package is lost in transit before confirmed delivery, you will need to contact the carrier to file a claim.
